These terms govern your use of swinginmechanicalbulls.com and any request for services from Swingin Mechanical Bulls, based in Provo, Utah. By using this site or requesting a quote, you accept these terms. See also our Privacy Policy.

Services

Swingin Mechanical Bulls provides mechanical bull rentals for weddings, parties, corporate events, and festivals across Utah, serving Provo, Utah Valley, and the Salt Lake Valley. Delivery, setup, and a trained operator are included with every rental, and full insurance coverage is included. Website content is for general information only and is not a binding offer — all rentals are confirmed through a quote.

Quotes and Booking

Quotes are free and no-obligation. We aim to send a custom quote within 30 minutes of receiving your request, based on the event details you provide. Pricing depends on event type, duration, and location.

A deposit may be required to reserve your event date, with the deposit amount specified in your quote. We recommend booking at least a few weeks in advance for busy seasons, though we'll always try to accommodate last-minute requests when we can.

Space & Site Requirements

Plan for approximately a 20x20 ft level area for the bull and its surrounding safety mat, with as much clearance as possible on all sides. The mechanical bull can be used indoors or outdoors as long as there is adequate ceiling clearance.

• Indoor venues need approximately 10 ft of ceiling clearance
• A generator is included with every rental at no additional charge, so standard outlet access is not required

We'll confirm exact space and access requirements for your venue before booking.

Weather & Cancellation

We monitor forecasts for every outdoor event and communicate early if conditions look like a concern, since safety for riders and our operator always comes first.

If weather makes outdoor use unsafe, we'll work with you to reschedule your event at no additional charge. Cancellations made by the customer less than 7 days before the event may forfeit the deposit.

Payment Terms

We do not collect payment through this website. Accepted payment methods and full payment timing will be confirmed with your quote. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance is due on or before the day of your event.

Safety & Operator

Every rental includes a trained operator who controls the bull's speed in real time, from a gentle kid-friendly pace up to a full challenge setting, based on who is riding. Riders should follow the operator's instructions at all times. Full insurance coverage is included with every rental.

Travel

We serve all of Utah, with Provo and the surrounding Utah Valley and Salt Lake Valley as our core service area, and travel is included within that area. Events farther out may include an additional travel fee, which will be included in your quote.

Customer Responsibilities

• Providing accurate event and venue information
• Ensuring the agreed setup area is level, clear, and accessible on arrival
• Supervising guests and following the operator's safety instructions

Site Content and Intellectual Property

All website content, photos, and branding belong to Swingin Mechanical Bulls and may not be reused without permission. Event photos may be used in our marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a rental is limited to the amount paid for that rental, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Utah law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Utah, after a good-faith attempt to resolve it directly.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top.
